Citizens subject to conscriptionwho purchased transportation before September 21, 2022 (inclusive), are entitled to an involuntary refund on the ticket. To do this, you must personally contact the place of purchase of the ticket and present any of the documents confirming the right to terminate the contract and return the funds:
mobilization order with documents confirming that the military unit to which the citizen is assigned has been transferred to a state of war;
documents (in free form) confirming that the citizen applied for permission to leave the place of residence, and he was denied this, with the submission of documents confirming his military registration;
documents stating that a citizen is on military registration, applied for permission to leave the place of residence, and he has not yet received a response within the first 30 days from the date of the introduction of mobilization in the Russian Federation (applications of citizens are considered in accordance with 59-FZ within 30 days from the date of receipt);
upon presentation of other documents, the decision on the return of funds will be made upon contacting the place of purchase of the ticket.
An involuntary refund is also possible the following categories of passengers upon presentation of the above documents and their copies:
family members traveling together on the same flight with a citizen subject to conscription, upon presentation of documents confirming kinship;
family members who are not traveling together with a citizen subject to conscription, upon presentation of documents confirming kinship;
passengers traveling together with a citizen subject to conscription and booked with him in the same booking (with the exception of group bookings).
If the passenger (citizen), called up during partial mobilization, departed at the place service and cannot personally apply for an involuntary refund, a refund can be made to a third party upon presentation of the above documents or their copies, as well as a power of attorney * to receive funds according to the passenger's transportation document.
It is possible to cancel the booked transportation at the contact center by phone +7 (495) 223-55-55 or 8 (800) 444-55-55 for subsequent contact at the place of purchase of transportation (agency, own sales office) and refund.
If it is impossible to personally contact the passenger’s own sales office, who purchased the ticket on the official website or through the contact center of Aeroflot PJSC, a request for a refund may be put through the feedback form on the official website of PJSC “Aeroflot” with the attachment of the above documents.
